Amsterdam… Day two.
It’s our 2nd day in Amsterdam. Now we can actually do some real sight seeing. We went to the Van Gogh Museum, but unfortunately pictures were not allowed… It was really cool tho! Nice art. The rest of the day was spent just like the others, walking around town.

(Our Hostel)

(The crazy stairs. Like Joe said, these things might as well have been a ladder. They were so steep it was ridiculous. Notice the hand rail.)

(Our room. I told you it was cramped. But we didn’t care. We barely spent any time in there anyway.)

(View from our window)
So now it’s time to actually start walking around!

(I amsterdam sign. Everyone has to take a picture with it. You’ll notice I have my scarf ninja style. It was so cold there!)

(Burger King!)

(We always find some pretty sweet graffiti)

(One of the many canals)

(People love their bikes here. They are EVERYWHERE!)

(Central Station)

(At the train station we found this. It’s a food dispenser of sorts. Put in 2 Euros and you can open the door to grab your snack. It was really tasty too! A guy on the other side continually restocks the items.)

(Hamburgers! yum!)

(This was my snack. I was something like Lo Mein concealed in a deep fried egg roll. A little odd, but really good.)
We had a good time in Amsterdam. However, I found it difficult to take pictures there. The city looks great! It’s just… nothing stands out. All the buildings are very similar and the architecture is okay. The canals were awesome too. But once again, after a while it gets repetitive. Next… Barcelona, Spain!!!
